This is getting harder and harder every year! Lily is 11, Eric is 8 and they pretty much don't play with anything but their phone or ipad. Neither one is interested in clothes and they already have all the sports equipment anyone could possibly ever need. (they play softball & baseball)
But.... we keep our amazon wish lists all year long so anytime we are out somewhere and someone tells me they want something, I add it with the ap. And, when it comes this time of year when people start thinking about gift giving and asking for suggestions, I go in and update.
Last night I had them sit down on the computer and update their lists themselves. You will see there is some pretty random stuff on there. Lily is totally into making slime so that is the reason for the things like glue and shaving cream. Although she already has loads of glue so I'm not sure why she included it.
Eric has been saving his money since the spring because he wants to buy a Nintendo Switch. The damn thing is $300 and doesn't even come with ONE game! So, it is going to take him forever! So even though there are Nintendo Switch games on his list, he doesn't actually have that game console yet. Giving him cash to put towards it may be a good option. Currently he is 1/3 of the way there.
Something else that is not on Lily's list but she has been asking for is a pullover hoodie.
Lily wears a Medium or 9/10 she is still super skinny but very tall. Shoes 4.
Eric wears a Small or 7/8 he's pretty skinny too and super picky about pants do best not to bother. Shoes 2
